  • Orientation Manual - Home Health

    Freda Kelley, BSN, RN, CHCE, CDP has been an RN since 1975. The past 21 years have been dedicated to home health care, with the last eleven years focusing on the care of the patient and family living with Alzheimer’s disease and drawing on personal experience of living with her own mother’s disease. Her personal ministry is to help those facing the difficulties of caring for these patients and families with special needs. She has recently established a specialty home care program for the patient and family with dementia. In her role as Director of Agency Development for FMS, she has developed a modular orientation system for home care. Freda is certified as a Dementia Practitioner Trainer by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
