Conquer OASIS
The home health Registered Nurse and other clinicians will evaluate the challenges presented to home health agencies in maintaining compliance with OASIS items. In this workshop, attendees will be given guidance to help them ensure accuracy of data collection.
Objectives:
- Identify the differences between process measures and outcome measures
- Identify the conventions (rules) associated with OASIS data collection
- Utilize current guidance and assessment tips to accurately complete challenging OASIS-C items
Target Audience: OASIS-Assessing Clinicians, QAPI Personnel, Agency Directors, & Administrators
Foundation Management Services, Inc., is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Requirements for Successful Completion of Activity the participant must:
- Sign-in on the attendance sheet, be present for the entire activity
- Complete and submit the activity evaluation
- Complete and submit Certificate of Successful Completion

Meals: The MAC Building is located across from the Unicorn Lake Restaurant and Retail Market Square which provides a variety of lunch options. All attendees are given a one hour lunch break to ensure enough time to leave and return.
